let's not forget the growing de-

sign, colour, texture and taste of so many projects of the Supreme Creator coming into existence every season. i am busy with a few of them these days together with the helping hands of both of my parents. of course,  they are put into bottles for winter use as highly regarded homemade healthy delicacies.

these two are so different, but put together in proper amounts they beautifully complement each other. ajvar is probably best when served with another unbelievable God's invention - garlic - and sourkraut whether seasoned with good olive or pumpkin oils. and, by the way, what you can buy in shops only distantly resembles the homemade ajvar. mainly by colour. :)
